Any previous dental X-rays, a list of current medications, and details of past treatment if you have them. It saves time and, occasionally, an extra visit.

The area is fully numbed before treatment begins, so most patients feel pressure rather than pain during the sitting. Mild soreness for a day or two afterward is normal and manageable.
